The exploration for oil and gas reserves is a very speculative business, and there is no way to know in advance whether any prospect will yield oil or gas in commerical quanties.  Investments made by Aspen Energy, Inc. will be evaluated by Mr. Reed and possibly several consultants for technical soundness, geologic and economic feasibility.  However, it is possible that any well drilled can be a "dry hole" and any well completed can be an economic failure.  Accordingly, no assurances are made that any investment in an oil or gas drilling venture, or producing property, will meet with financial rewards.
